Holy Smokes Signature Chicken

 

Slow-cooked to perfection, this juicy thigh boasts a hint of smoke and sweetness for a perfectly balanced BBQ treat.

Beef Ribs

Slow-cooked for hours until incredibly tender, these beef ribs boast rich, unctuous marbling for a satisfyingly juicy bite. A meal in its own right, they're known as dino ribs for a reason!

Pulled Pork

Juicy pork shoulder, slow-smoked with a spice rub until it's pull apart tender, shredded and bathed in our house-made BBQ sauce.  

Pork Spare Ribs

Meaty and flavourful, our spare ribs are slow-smoked to tender perfection then finished in our sweet maple glaze. Get ready for a finger-licking good time! 

House-Made Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausage

We slow-smoke these beauties for 6 hours, using all-natural ingredients. Expect a satisfyingly meaty texture with a touch of heat from real jalapenos and creamy cheddar cheese.

White beans slow-cooked in a smoky house-made barbecue sauce, with a hint of sweetness and a touch of Texas heat. These hearty beans are the perfect sidekick to any BBQ feast!

Mexican Street Corn

Fire-kissed corn kernels slathered with our creamy, house-made sauce and showered with savoury cheese, smoky chili powder, and fresh coriander. A taste of freshness with every bite!
